I like that format.  Gives everyone a reason to keep playing hard right up to the end.

And have you shared this with the other groups yet Question

No problem Chuck.  This thread/forum is for everyone (although you wouldn't know it by the lack of content lately).

I would like to keep the games the same.  LHE, PLO, 7 Card, NLHE.  I like the idea of paying out NLHE.  That, in addition to the point adjustment help ensure players try to win throughout the entire event.

I haven't mentioned anything to anyone or anyplace other than here.  With Tom Love now living on the east side of the state, coordinating this thing may take a little longer than last time.

I'm shooting for a January/February event.  We'll need the trophy back from Eddie also so we can swap out plates.

I'll probably be there.   Tony Snow has moved to Oklahoma, so he probably won't be there.

I've had fun playing in this before, even though my team always stinks it up (I contributed to the stinkage greatly myself). I'll have to check back in whenever info on buy-in and the date of the event are established, or if you could cross-reference it on GRAMPA.....

I'll be sure to mention all the details in both forums once finalized.  I had fun playing and hope to keep this event alive.
